Roles and Responsibilities:

• Required to travel to unit locations to restore INC 2 CIs AN/TSC-202 and AN/TSC-208s to Fully Mission Capable and operational status.
• Assume the on-site leadership role with customer satisfaction as the primary goal.
• Working with site personnel to:
• Maintain satellite communication system availability above acceptable levels;
• Troubleshoot and resolve any identified circuit or equipment outages or degradation;
• Provide interim reports as necessary, based on particular site conditions and/or problems;
• Maintain the site (including electronics and office) in professional and clean manner;
• Perform the on-site duties which enable DataPath to successfully implement contractual duties relative to mobile terminal operation and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Applicant must have a US Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline with 8 years of experience, or in the absence of a bachelor's degree, 10 years of related experience.
• Successful completion of CONUS Readiness Center (CRC) required.
• Requires a valid U.S. drivers license and the ability to obtain an international drivers license.
• Strategic or tactical multi-channel satellite communications experience.
• Strong grasp of satellite communications operational theory.

Must be hands-on person with the knowledge to operate and configure the following equipment to include, but not limited to:

• Antenna controller, satellite acquisition
• HPA/TWT, LNA/LNB - Low Noise
• Fiber/Coax/Ethernet Cable Work
• FDMA/TDMA modems (satellite modems)
• Up-converters, down-converters
• X, C, KA, Ku-band, Tri-band Satellite Terminals

Preferred Experience working with:

• Cisco routers
• ViaSat Linkway Modems
• PBX - T1/E1, FXS, Adds/Drops
