LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales through the use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, our flagship product that connects and builds mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a team of highly-talented and skilled sales professionals in exceeding performance targets across France.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new client accounts in the SMB, Mid-market and Enterprise segments in France

  • Provide sales mentorship and foster a hunter mentality to consistently build pipeline of larger, multi-threaded, opportunities

  • Accurately forecast revenue pipelines and develop scalable sales processes and procedures 

  • Find innovative ways to balance sales opportunities, client management and new customer onboarding responsibilities 

  • Engage at an executive level with the larger opportunities to elevate the relationship

  • Coach your team-members to achieve both their operational, and career-goals

  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with the product and marketing teams 

  • Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will serve as the foundation for this growing team 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the success of your region 

  • Be proactive about solving problems and ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge 

  • Do everything you can to help achieve the larger company objectives 

Basic Qualifications *: *

  • 2+ years' people management along with sales management experience

  • 4+ years of quota carrying sales experience

  • Fluency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications : * *

  • Experience directly managing individual sales reps

  • Experience in new business acquisition on the SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments

  • Knowledge of subscription-based business sales models 

  • Excellent communication, social selling and persuasion skills with a strong sales process discipline 

  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets 

  • Ability to build a pipeline and achieve revenue targets in a predictable way 

  • Ability to drive and manage cross-functional projects to drive scale 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
