Description

Specific responsibilities are:

● Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically

in a professional and friendly manner

● Cultivate good working relationships with end users and team members

● Document all pertinent information regarding an issue or request

● Follow standard procedures and assist in keeping all procedures documented and

current

● Escalate issues as needed to the appropriate resource

● Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, tablets, desktop phones, printers, wireless devices and access points.● Office/desk work, mostly sitting at a desk responding to several forms of requests

● Supporting several offices and jobsites with varying degrees of connectivity and

complexity.
