The D-IRIS Operations team engages in requirement collection, planning, feasibility analysis, testing, mapping, auditing, analyzing, and reporting to Digital Acceleration (DA) business and program management functions. We enhance services by manually constructing mappings between Amazon products and other databases/web pages, such as online repositories, competitors' websites, social media, etc., until the process is automated, and we provide audit support to ensure accuracy after automation. We provide Digital Businesses with a variety of efficient, dependable, and adaptable services, such as new competitor identification and certification for price/selection monitoring, Marketplace analysis, Lowest Price recommendation, Widest Selection opportunity, Contractual audits, Product Correlation, and Data extraction.

This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and outstanding business acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and will be comfortable accessing and working with data from multiple sources. The candidate should also have strong communication skills, enabling them to work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical deliverables. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally. A keen sense of ownership and drive is a must. The role will work with a diverse set of data and cross-functional teams as well as use data to drive process improvement. An ideal engineer is one who enjoys discovering and solving ambiguous problems, can quickly learn complex systems, and enjoys building actionable insights from data.

• Migrate the metadata and business rules from existing manual templates into Unified Platform to provide new listing experiences to internal customers.

• Analyze and fix inconsistencies of existing metadata and business rules

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

• Experience scripting in modern program languages

Preferred Qualifications

• In addition to the Basic qualifications, below are other preferred qualifications:

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Macros.
