Job Description

One of Insight Global's healthcare clients in Camden, NJ is seeking a Revenue Integrity Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the charge review work ques (NDC, Zero price) and claim edit work ques within the EMR system, Epic. They will be working with the Billing/Follow Up teams to ensure that all charging or coding recommendations are being followed, and partner with the Chargemaster Analyst to implement any necessary changes. Their duties will also include creating reporting models to showcase areas of improvement, or areas needing change. If any charging related updates/upgrades occur within the EMR, the Specialist will educate departments effected by the change, and will continuously share communications on any governmental or contractual changes while utilizing reporting tools to showcase data findings for process improvement.

This role will be onsite 5x onsite/week for the first 90 days, then 3x onsite/week hybrid schedule.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of coding/billing/revenue integrity experience

• Coding Certification (CPC or COC or CPC-H or CCS)

• Strong understanding of revenue cycle, coding, denials, and AR

• Strong analytical skills and data reporting - using tools such as Excel and Tableau - Epic Experience

• BI Experience null
