ADP Payroll Implementation Consultant in Bucharest, Romania

Job Summary:

The analyst implements the payroll specifics in the payroll platform for the new clients.

He/she is the client's privileged partner, helping the client analyze and implement payroll regulations in accordance with legislation in order to guarantee the highest level of service.

As part of his/her mission, he/she aims to satisfy clients while ensuring uninterrupted service when the client’s file is sent to the client recurring service team.

Responsibilities :

  • Analysis of the client's organization (information channel, interface, etc.);

  • Analysis of payroll rules and drafting of an analysis report;

  • Configuration of regulatory settings;

  • Developing, testing and optimizing the IS according to the customer’s specifications;

  • Transfer of data and counters;

  • Definition and supply of liaising documents;

  • Establishment of the client's first payroll (entry, verification and reporting);

  • Sign off with client;

  • Transfer of file to client recurring service team.

Reports & Performance Metrics :

  • On time delivery of assigned tasks

  • Quality control reports

Knowledge and Skill Requirements :

  • Very good mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing, at minimum B2;

  • Mastery of Windows office tools;

  • Ability to manage data in large numbers and integrate into a team;

  • Preferred Payroll background;

  • An understanding of the client's trade, business and organization (payroll calculations, law and human resources);

  • Accounting knowledge;

  • Customer relationship management;

  • Time management;

  • Client portfolio management;

  • Good interpersonal skills;

  • Analytical skills and an ability to summarise;

  • Organised;

  • Rigorous;

  • Independent;

  • Working within a team;

  • Dynamic and responsive.
