As an Implementation Consultant, you will be working on Affinity implementation projects and collaborating with the product community. Resolving issues and providing end-user training as part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing Application Consulting Services to Customers during the implementation of Practice Management solutions

• Installing and configuring the solution to align with client’s requirements

• Adhering to the standard implementation methodology and approach in all phases of the project

• Delivering End-User training both remotely and on-site as required

• Identifying opportunities for revenue by increasing utilization of LexisNexis solutions at customer sites

• Improving product and service solutions by providing expertise in pre-sales and internal forums

• Assisting with product definition and documentation as well as Quality Assurance and testing when required

• Collaborating with the team to adopt and adapt process improvements identified.

Requirements

• Have extensive experience in Legal/Accounting software market and Legal Office environment.

• Experience having formal training to analyze financial and business processes in law firms.

• Demonstrable experience in Book Keeping Standards and or in Trust Accounting;

• Intermediate (or above) level of expertise in MSOffice applications, specifically Word and Excel

• Demonstrable analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage demands of working on multiple projects simultaneously

• Crystal Reports writing an advantage
