Copeland Inside Sales Representative in BRANTFORD, Ontario

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning :

  1. Assist in the development of strategic plans, including market analysis, competitive research, and business modeling.

  2. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for business growth and improvement.

  3. Help in setting measurable strategic objectives and KPIs.

  4. Analyze data and trends to make recommendations for strategy adjustments.

  5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of strategic goals.

Junior Sales Account Management :

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of junior sales accounts.

  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  3. Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.

  4. Work closely with senior sales managers to achieve sales targets.

  5. Provide regular reports on account status and sales progress.

  6. Learn the solution and service portfolio through the eyes of a customer.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or related field.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA), the base salary range for this role is $50.000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
