Über die Rolle

Nach erfolgtem Training werden Sie als Field Service Engineer eine wichtige Rolle bei der Unterstützung unserer Kunden spielen. Ihr Ziel ist es, sicherzustellen, dass die Produktionslinie unserer Kunden immer erfolgreich läuft ('Up Time'). Sie sind für die Installation, Reparatur und Wartung der Videojet-Anlagen verantwortlich. Dank eines technischen Supportteams im Büro ist der Außendiensttechniker nie auf sich allein gestellt.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben als Field Service Engineer bei Videojet gehören:

• Installation unserer Videojet-Produkte und -Lösungen bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.

• Laufende Betreuung unserer Produkte für unsere Videojet-Kunden an deren Standorten.

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kundenbetreuern zur Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Videojet-Projekten (Versuche und Vorführungen).

• Kontinuierlicher Ausbau ausgezeichneter Kundenbeziehungen.

• Durch unsere Systeme werden Sie die Probleme der Kunden diagnostizieren, bevor Sie vor Ort gehen.

• Ausweitung unserer Videojet-Präsenz auf dem Markt durch Förderung unseres Vertragsportfolios

Ihre Erfahrungen/Fähigkeiten umfassen:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Automatiker, Elektroniker/Elektrotechniker, Mechatroniker o.ä.

• Fließendes Deutsch, English auf gutem Niveau.

• Energie und Bereitschaft zu lernen

• Persönliche Zufriedenheit, wenn Sie ein Problem für einen Kunden lösen können

• Führerschein Klasse B

• Reisebereitschaft: Sie reisen täglich zu unseren Kunden. Ihr Arbeitstag beginnt und endet zuhause. Je nach Wohnort müssen Sie bitte mit 1-2 Übernachtungen pro Woche rechnen. Sie reisen im Firmenwagen, der Ihnen auch zur privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung steht.

About The Role

After the training progt as a Field Service Engineer you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring that our customers always have their production line running successfully is your goal to achieve (‘Up Time’). You are responsible for installing, repairing and servicing the range of Videojet Equipment. With an office based technical support team, the Field Service Engineer is never ‘on their own’.

Your responsibilities as a Field Service Engineer at Videojet, include:

• Install our Videojet products and solutions on our customers sites.

• Ongoing care of our products for our Videojet customers on their sites.

• Work closely with our Account Managers to support our customers with Videojet projects (trials & demo’s).

• Continuously grow excellent customer relationships.

• Through our systems you will have diagnosed the customers problems before going to on site.

• Extend our Videojet footprint in the market through promoting our contract portfolio

Your experience/skills will include:

• Certificate or Diploma level education

• Proficient in German local Language and English/French is an advantage

• Energy and willingness to learn

• Personal satisfaction from when able to fix a problem for a customer
