Johns Hopkins University Sr. Research Specialist in Baltimore, Maryland
We are seeking a part time Sr Research Specialist position is available in the Edwards lab. The incumbent will assist in writing manuscripts and grant applications. He/She will also assist with pathological assessment of human donor and rat model tissue using electron and light microscopy. Therefore, the incumbent should have a solid background in ocular pathology and normal ocular development. He/she will also be assisting with interpretation of histology stains.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field.
Four years experience in a comparable laboratory performing relevant techniques.
Master's degree, with related graduate research, may substitute for experience to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Starting Salary Range: $24.35 - $42.71 HRLY ($74,350 targeted; Commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
