Deploy, configure, maintain and support hardware using Windows and Linux operating systems on both servers and workstations.Participate in Windows and Linux patching activities.Support compliance requirements by performing SCAP scans, Nessus scans, application of STIGs and related tasks to improve the security footprint.Deploy, maintain and configure client operating system images and system encryption.Develop, improve, troubleshoot and implement new solutions that meet the resource demands on a system or network.Deploy, configure, maintain, troubleshoot and support SIMS software and database.Work with end users and other team members to analyze, design, develop, debug, document, maintain, and enhance applications that comply with internal standards while maintaining or improving accuracy and efficiency.Verify, validate, and test code changes using supported configurations. Analyze, optimize and tune SQL.Consult with end users for project requirements and problem definition as necessary. Provide user training, documentation and support for supported applications.Maintain a detailed work log and revision notes.Other related functions as assigned.
