The Shift Leaders duties are to assist the Store Management Team with operations, guaranteeing that each and every shift runs smoothly, with top-notch guest satisfaction. We are looking for Shift Leaders who want to grow with us - we hope to certify all Shift Leaders in order to move them up to Department leaders or place them in other management roles. REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of management experience

  • Previous QSR/Fast Food experience a plus

  • Ability to motivate and develop staff

  • Ability to lead a team

  • 18+ years old
