Description

We are offering a staff accountant role that would be primarily onsite with potential for some flexibility after initial training.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing journal entries in accordance with financial guidelines

• Administering and maintaining fixed asset management processes

• Conducting month-end procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Handling backend payroll related accounting tasks to ensure employee compensation is accurately recorded

• Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for efficient financial management

• Applying fixed asset accounting knowledge to manage and track company assets

• Utilizing general ledger to record and analyze financial information

• Performing month-end close procedures to finalize financial transactions for the month

• Utilizing 10 key skills for data entry and calculations

• Leveraging intermediate excel skills for financial data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Strong familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

• Expertise in Fixed Asset Accounting.

• Proficiency in managing General Ledger operations.

• Experience in performing Month End Close tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
