Top Accountabilities

  • Direct management of E-commerce customer relationships across Benelux including Pure Players and B2B wholesalers

  • Accountability and ownership of customer P&Ls; responsible for forecasting, commercial planning, reporting and investment / budget management

  • Creating and owning joint business plans with customers, as well as inputting into plans with omni-channel customers to drive growth initiatives in the online and wholesale space to support the broader Europe and Global ecommerce strategy

  • Work cross functionally to drive capability and collaboration with key business partners, to build integrated plans which motivate change

  • Work with Category Development and NRM to deliver Diageo’s category strategy and grow sales sustainably and profitably for the future

  • Analyse data and metrics to identify trends, generate sales growth and improve conversion

About You

The right candidate should:

  • Have a commercial background, as Sales Representative, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar

  • Have a passion for E-commerce

  • Have a bold and creative flair for bringing brands to life

  • Have a growth mindset, can see the bigger picture and are steadfast in making things happen

  • Be a strategic operator and agile in engaging and influencing a broad partner set

  • Be fluent in English and Dutch
